RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

Residential design is a process that results in a new home. Architectural clients might experience confusion about this term because it represents several phases of the home design process. The process of residential design includes a contract that specifies details about design, construction and pricing obligations. Home owners who plan on interacting with an architectural firm can benefit from exploring residential design related concepts before the residential design meetings begin.

COMMERCIAL DESIGN

What does a commercial interior designer actually do?
Commercial interior designers are trained to prioritize functionality and safety without sacrificing style or aesthetics. For example, a luxury hotel needs to accommodate a certain amount of guests if it wants to maximize profits. But in order to do so, the hotel has to impress guests with spacious rooms, lavish bathrooms, and breathtaking views. It should wow guests with its lobby, and make room for high-end amenities including spas, saunas, gyms, outdoor spaces, pools, and a restaurant and bar.
Commercial interior designers know how to space plan without surrendering design. They are also trained to ensure that everything within the physical structure is safe and up to code. They are heavily involved in the renovation and construction process, and work closely with contractors and manufacturers to make important structural decisions including architectural details, lighting, floor and ceiling design, window placement, and technological upgrades. Commercial interior designers also define the project’s scope of work, draw schematics and blueprints, select the right materials, and oversee budgeting and scheduling, along with other important duties.
Commercial Interior Design for Businesses
Once the construction phase is complete, the designer then transforms the physical structure into a living and breathing space in the decorating process. Commercial interior designers choose motifs and styles that suit the needs of the business, and then bring it to life with the right color schemes, furniture, fabrics, wall and window treatments, artwork, accessories, and finishes.

ADMINISTRATIVE DESIGN

An administrative building is one of the buildings that reveals the progress of the community. The administrative building is a unit of the community that it is unable to provide for, since the styles of the administrative building are inseparable from the prevailing architectural styles in society and the administrative building can be composed of one, two or more floors.
The location of the administrative buildings depends on the purpose and quality in which this building will be used. There are many types of administrative buildings, including private buildings for lawyers’ offices, engineers, architects, etc. And this type of office must be located on a main artery of transportation, and it is okay to be a bit far from the city center. The second type of office: It is the public service offices that occupy the city center for its great importance and that must be located on the main artery of the movement. Also, these buildings must be close to parking places, whether they are on the ground or in multi-storey buildings in order to reduce the area of the exploited land that is very expensive in these locations. Also available are administrative buildings, travel and transportation services offices.

TOURIST DESIGN

The design of the tourist village is a distribution of the elements of a specific program on the chosen site that achieves sound and appropriate functional relationships between the program components with different functions.
In addition to the recreational services performed by these resorts, except that the resort must have special conditions in order to cover the investment needs in order to achieve a remarkable economic prosperity, and this may be done by giving the resort a distinctive architectural character or creating a strong image to always remain in the memory of the tourist and also the harmony of the installations with the components Nature of the site in which the tourist village is located so that it becomes as an element of nature. By this, it is possible to achieve economic and social goals and reach the scheme in order to be integrated. Each resort in a specific region represents individual features that require innovative architectural and planning solutions, and there are several important and fundamental social factors that affect the design and planning of most tourist resorts.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Graphic design is art with a purpose. It involves a creative and systematic plan to solve a problem or achieve certain objectives, with the use of images, symbols or even words. It is visual communication and the aesthetic expression of concepts and ideas using various graphic elements and tools.
Elements of Graphic Design
Graphic design can use image-based designs involving photos, illustrations, logos and symbols, type-based designs, or a combination of both techniques. These designs can include various combinations of the following elements.
Lines: Straight, curved, wavy, thick, thin – when it comes to lines, the possibilities are limitless. Lines allow designers to divide a space or separate content in a layout. They can also be used to guide the eyes of the viewer, or make other elements follow a strategic path for added findability, to get the viewer easily from point A to point B.
Shapes: Shapes offer a variety of ways to fill spaces creatively, to support text and other forms of content, and to balance a design. Shapes can be created out of nothing, using white space to give a design structure and clarity.
Colour: Colour, or the absence of colour, is an important element of any visual design. With a solid understanding of colour theory, designers can amazingly influence a design and a brand, seamlessly integrating colour boldly or with brilliant subtlety.
Type: Type can transform a message from mere text to a work of art. Different fonts, combined with customized alignments, spacing, size, and colour, can add power to the point you are communicating to the world.

Texture: Even a smooth and glossy advertisement can seem tangible with texture. It gives a sense of a tactile surface through its visual appearance and adds a sense of depth, enhanced by selection of appropriate paper and material.
